We’re Ben and Grace, the proud new owners of this incredible 1,400-acre cattle property, stepping into the boots of Mick and Margie, who built and nurtured the vision of this amazing place. Their legacy of providing a warm, welcoming space for campers to enjoy the beauty of the Clarence River is something we are privileged to carry forward.
We’ve embraced the call of nature and are passionate about sharing this slice of paradise with you. With its lush landscapes, pristine river views, and a tranquil atmosphere, we aim to create an escape where families, friends, and adventurers alike can reconnect with nature and unwind.
Whether you’re here to camp, fish, kayak, or simply soak in the peace and quiet, our goal is to provide you with a memorable experience in one of NSW’s most beautiful settings.
Our camping site provides four flushing toilet and two shower blocks located near the campgrounds, both with wheelchair access. Additionally, there is a dump point conveniently located next to these facilities.
Embark on a variety of activities, from leisurely pursuits like bird watching to thrilling adventures such as 4WDriving. There’s something for everyone at On The Clarence Camping, promising endless entertainment for all our guests.
Take a swim at Finger Rocks, the favourite spot on our property! Located just a short drive from the campground, it’s close enough to enjoy without straying far from the campsite.
Guests are free to choose their own camping spot within the designated campgrounds. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Upon departure, please ensure you take all rubbish with you and leave the area in the same condition as you found it.
If you forgot to pack something for your camping trip, you can visit Tabulam, the nearest town to the property. This charming village on the Bruxner Highway is conveniently located between Casino and Tenterfield. Tabulam offers a range of facilities, including:
